This policy covers trigiptv.us and the order, free trial and contact forms on it. It explains, in plain terms, what happens to the information you send us.
Information we collect
We only collect what a form asks for, plus a small amount of technical context.
Details you give us
- Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
- The country you are in and the countries whose channels you want.
- Your plan choice, device, and whether adult channels should be included.
- The existing username on your line, if you are renewing one.
- Anything you write in a message or notes field.
Technical details recorded automatically
When you submit a form, our server records the IP address the request came from, the browser and operating system your device reports, the device type, and the time of the submission.
Why we collect it
- To answer you. Your email and phone number are how we reply, send your login and help with setup.
- To build the right line. Your country, preferred channels, device and plan choice determine what we set up.
- To keep the forms usable. The technical details let us spot automated abuse, rate-limit floods and match a support conversation to the submission it came from.
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell your information, and we do not use it to market to you beyond replying to what you asked about.
How technical details are handled
The IP address, browser, operating system, device type and timestamp appear only in the internal notification our team receives. They are never shown to you in your confirmation email, never displayed on the website, and never shared with a third party except where the law requires it.
We do not attempt to determine your precise location, and we do not collect special-category information such as health, political or biometric data. Please do not send us any.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and the emails they generate are kept for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can handle a renewal, a dispute or a support question about an old line. When neither applies any more, we delete them.
Rate-limiting records and duplicate-submission fingerprints live in server memory only and are discarded within minutes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form.
To exercise any of these, email trigiptv@gmail.com from the address you used with us. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and sanitised on the server before anything is done with them, and mail credentials are held in server-side environment variables that are never exposed to your browser.
No system is perfect. If you believe you have found a security problem with this site, please tell us at trigiptv@gmail.com before disclosing it publicly.
Children
This service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continuing to use TrigIPTV after a change means you accept the updated policy.
