How long does the trial last?
Long enough to check the channels you care about, the picture quality on your own screen and how quickly channels open. If you need longer to test something specific, ask us and we will usually extend it.
What do I get in the trial email?
A username, a password and a playlist link, plus setup steps written for the device you named on the form. Enter them once in your player and the guide fills itself in.
Do I get the full channel list on a trial?
The trial carries the same line-up as a paid line, including the 22,000+ live channels and the on-demand library, so what you test is what you would buy.
What happens when the trial ends?
The line simply stops working. If you want to continue, order a plan from $15 and we build a full line — usually keeping the setup you already have on your device.
